Netflix spaceman

Watching Spaceman on Netflix will expose you to a side of Adam Sandler you may not often see. Sandler portrays Jakub Procházka, an astronaut dispatched on a lone journey to the periphery of the solar system. After returning to Earth six months into his mission, Jakub wonders if he and his wife Lenka (Carey Mulligan) can still preserve their marriage. Since there isn't another human on board, Jakub confides in Hanuš, an extraterrestrial spider played by Paul Dano, who assists the astronaut in solving his issues.

Ultimately, Spaceman is a film about self-discovery as a man seeks to change his ways before it’s too late. Spaceman begins streaming on March 1 on Netflix. If you’re looking for similar movies, consider watching these three films, including a dramatic showcase for Brad Pitt, an underrated biopic, and a time-traveling saga.

Ad Astra (2019)

20th Century Fox

Characters with deep-rooted emotional problems who voluntarily journey into the vast beyond in Spaceman and Ad Astra escape facing the reality. Roy McBride (Brad Pitt), an astronaut assigned to look for electrical spikes close to the galactic edge, is at the center of Ad Astra. The U.S. Space Command believes the anomalies are coming from the Lima Project, a space station orbiting around Neptune that was initially run by Roy’s father, H. Clifford McBride (Tommy Lee Jones), who left 29 years earlier to search for intelligent life.

When Madame Web becomes the most remembered movie of 2024—for all the wrong reasons—that's a dangerous sign. With the release of Dune: Part Two on March 1, these bad vibes will soon alter. The saga of Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet), who is tasked with uniting the Fremen people of Arrakis in a war against the Harkonnens, is continued in Denis Villeneuve's Dune sequel.

Tenet (2020)

Warner Bros.

Nolan is the best there is when it comes to mind-blowing the audience. When it comes to eventizing movies and crafting cinematic experiences, Nolan is unmatched, having done it with everything from The Dark Knight and Inception to Interstellar and Oppenheimer. I bring this up to explain that Nolan exceeded expectations with his sci-fi spy thriller Tenet, which releases in 2020. A CIA operative known as the Protagonist (John David Washington) is recruited to join a secret organization, Tenet, that practices time travel to alter the course of history and prevent global war.
